The Multi-Tasking Proverbs 31 Woman

I think the Proverbs 31 Woman must’ve invented the word multi-tasking. After all, she sought wool and flax, worked willingly with her hands, she didn’t settle for fast food, but rather was like the Merchant ships, and brought food for her family from afar, she got up before sunrise to prepare for her day, she exercised, she ate right, she was a business woman, she was involved in ministry, she was a wife and mother… and on.. and on… and on the list goes. The Proverbs 31Womandid more than most 21st century women I know. And she seemingly did so with a smile.

Let’s Pray

“Precious Lord Jesus. Thank-you for examples of Godly women in our lives who sacrifice and accomplish much for their families and for you. Search my heart God. Show me if I am resentful because of all the demands in my life. Teach me to multi-task with joy. And grant me courage to eliminate anything from my life that is not in line with your plan for me. You are sovereign, and I absolutely trust your will and purpose for my life, but I need your help in embracing with joy all that you have given me to do. And I need your supernatural wisdom to wisely choose – and not choose my daily tasks. I love you Lord, and I want to honor you in all that do. Help me to be an anointed, spirit-filled multi-tasker that honors you. In Jesus Name, Amen.

P.S. I am praying for you today Precious Reader. I understand all too well the many, many demands that can press on women’s lives. Be encouraged. God knows right where you are!
